lol what a tank? harbs tank sux, only thing it can do is have a decent buffer with nice dmg, that is all :)

you can even use an unconventional setup like nano your drake and fitting 2 TDs and fall from the chair laughing because of the epic kill 
face it, the harbinger is a one trick pony and can be defeated easily by outlasting or outmaneuvering and I dont see a reason to use a slave set for a BC.

actually using a drake as ewar platform for TDs and Sensor Damps is a valid option and often used :)

May be in a gang... will this Drake have MWD / web / point in addition to the 2 TD's?
I don't thinh a drake like this will have any chance in a realistic 1v1 engage, when you dont know there you may encounter.
why do you want a web on a TDs setup? not like you gonna be close or something. and hmm lets count, drake has 6 mid slots, I think you can put all this things on it :) if you have a chance or not, depends on thousand factors like, enemy ship, @what range did the fight start and so on, but with 2 TDs you will give turret ships a hard time.
nevertheless this thread was about harbinger vs other bc and a nanoed drake with 2 tds will make the harb pilot cry :) and a ham drake will give a harb a good fight too.
